Internal quality is now not only applied in universities, but is also applied in primary and secondary education. So that quality assurance and fulfillment of education quality standards in primary and secondary education units are more guaranteed and focused. This article is the result of analysis by reviewing literature related to the topic of discussion. The aim of this research is to determine and describe the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System cycle. The model used is literature study or literature review. The results of this research show that quality improvement activities implemented in accordance with the stages of the SPMI cycle carried out by senior secondary schools include: one, school self-evaluation based on education quality report cards, second, quality improvement planning by establishing a quality assurance committee and re-analyzing the evaluation results. school itself, third, implementation of quality improvements, fourth, monitoring, evaluation and results of quality improvements after quality improvements have been carried out, and fifth, quality planning again for the coming year. In this research, the researcher used the qualitative descriptive method. The main instruments used in the data collection were observation and a semi-structured interview. The subjects of this research were eleventh-grade students of MA Al-Husna Dawuhan, Krejengan. The findings of the research reveal that students' positive views and using Spotify regularly can help them with English vocabulary mastery as well as other skills. The object is 15 students of 7 (Seven) grade of junior high school for the academic year 2022/2023 at Mts Sunan Giri Sumberjaya who will be interview and given a questionnaire To find out the factors that influence the difficulty of speaking in English and To find the way to reduce experiencing speaking anxiety. The result of the research findings demonstrated that many students experience speaking anxiety Speaking anxiety can hinder the process of learning English, therefore students need to think positive thinking when learning that making mistakes is a natural thing when learning and failure is a process towards better learning.
