Abstract

  Since Islamic banking system where the distribution of profits and losses depends on the contract between the two parties and is considered more fair. The attitude towards Islamic banking is still underestimated, this study aims to analyse the antecedents of consumer behavior at Islamic Bank in Indonesia. This research is qualitatif. the result found that consumer behavior is influenced by several factors to choose Islamic banks, namely; 1) Environmental influences which include culture, social class, personal, family and situation influences. 2) Individual differences and influences which include consumer resources, motivation and involvement, knowledge, attitudes and personalities, lifestyle and demographics. 3) Psychological processes which include information processing, learning, changes in attitudes and behavior.
