This study aims to analyze the concept of tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul) through the approach of amali Sufism and its implications for social life. In Islam, spiritual devotion is expressed through various religious rituals intended to bring human beings closer to Allah, among which inner purification occupies a central position. Tazkiyatun nafs is understood as a systematic process of self-cleansing that is achieved through spiritual discipline, commonly known as suluk, within the framework of Sufism. This research employs a qualitative library research method by examining classical Islamic texts (salaf books), scholarly works, and relevant academic journals as its primary data sources. The findings show that amali Sufism, which emphasizes practical spiritual exercises in everyday life, functions not only as a means of individual spiritual development but also as a foundation for social ethics and harmony. The practice of soul purification nurtures moral awareness, self-control, sincerity, and social responsibility. Therefore, tazkiyatun nafs through amali Sufism contributes significantly to the formation of spiritually grounded individuals who are able to engage constructively and ethically within society in contemporary social contexts globally.
