Abstract

This research is driven by the urgent need to revitalize Arabic language environments in the digital era, which is often hindered by infrastructure limitations and human capital quality in Islamic educational institutions. The primary objective is to identify effective digital infrastructure requirements, map human capital competencies, and formulate an integration model at Dalwa, Bangil. Employing a qualitative method with an explorative-constructive case study approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that a "Controlled Massive Exposure" model, facilitated by communal digital infrastructure (such as centralized audio systems and dormitory televisions) and synergized with international human capital (native speakers and Middle Eastern graduates), creates a sustainable immersion ecosystem. This research provides a strategic roadmap for educational institutions to converge technology and human resources to produce authentic yet futuristic linguistic environments. This socio-technological integration model proves that restricting personal devices is not a barrier to linguistic modernization, but rather an opportunity to create a more focused and directed immersion.
