Author Guideliness

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the focus and scope of RATIO DIVINA: Jurnal Studi Islam. Please ensure that your submission adheres to the following guidelines:

1. General Requirements

  • Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the official website: [Make a New Submission here].

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in English or Indonesian (standard and academic).

  • Originality: The work must be original, unpublished, and not currently under consideration by any other journal.

  • Template: Manuscripts must follow the official RATIO DIVINA: Jurnal Studi Islam Template. [Click here to download the template].

2. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be organized into the following sections:

  • Title: Concise, informative, and reflective of the content.

  • Author Identity: Full name(s) (without titles), institutional affiliation, and active email address.

  • Abstract: A brief summary (150–200 words) including the research objective, method, key findings, and conclusion.

  • Keywords: 3–5 specific words or phrases for indexing.

  • Introduction: Includes the research background, a review of relevant previous studies, the research gap, and clear objectives. This section should be written as a continuous narrative without sub-headings.

  • Method: Describes the research design, data sources, population/sample, data collection techniques, and analysis methods. Written in paragraph form.

  • Results and Discussion: Presents original findings clearly (can be supported by tables, graphs, or diagrams). The discussion should logically interpret the results and relate them to existing literature or Islamic worldview perspectives.

  • Conclusion: A concise narrative summary of findings and their implications. Avoid using bullets or numbering.

  • References: List only the sources cited in the text.

3. Citations and References

  • Style: All citations and references must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition style.

  • Tools: Authors are required to use a reference manager such as MendeleyZotero, or EndNote to ensure accuracy.

4. Ethical Clearance

For research involving human participants, authors should briefly describe the ethical considerations taken during the study.
