Focus

Maqashid: Jurnal Hukum Islam  Focuses on the study of Islamic family law and Islamic law in Islamic countries in general and in Indonesia in particular, with an emphasis on theories of Islamic family law and its practice in the developing Islamic world, presented through the publication of articles and book reviews.

Scope
