Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright of their articles published in MAQASHID: Jurnal Hukum Islam.

Authors grant the journal the right of first publication of their articles.

Licensing

All published articles are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC). This license permits anyone to share, copy, remix, transform, and build upon the work non-commercially, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author and publication.

Author Reuse Rights

Authors are permitted to reuse their figures, tables, and content in future works, upload the paper to personal/institutional repositories, distribute copies to students or colleagues, and include the work in theses or dissertations without prior permission from the journal, provided that proper acknowledgment and citation of the original publication in MAQASHID are given.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any material, such as figures, tables, or long quotations, whose copyright is held by others, and for acknowledging the source. Authors must comply with the journal's Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy.
